Thanks to the wonderful dancers of Pennsylvania Ballet for an amazing performance!
In 1993, dancers at the Pennsylvania Ballet wanted to do something to respond to the HIV/AIDS epidemic. They realized the best thing they could do was "shut up and dance". Every year since, the dancers have partnered with MANNA in presenting a one-night-only performance.
A ticket purchase to Shut Up & Dance will provide meals to a MANNA client coping with a life-threatening illness, such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, diabetes and renal disease.
The event was hosted by the fabulous Michaela Majoun, and the DJ Robert Drake had everyone on their feet at the after-party! Thanks to them both for making the evening special!
