88% of MANNA Clients Say MANNA Meals Have Improved Their Ability to Manage Health Conditions
At MANNA, we deliver balanced, medically tailored meals to our clients every day as part of treatment plans to manage chronic health conditions. We also make sure that our meals are delicious. When our clients enjoy our food, they are more likely to adhere to their programs, an important component for improving their health outcomes and bringing down healthcare costs.
With the results of our 2024 Client Satisfaction Survey now in, it is clear that this combination of nutritious, delicious, medically tailored meals works. In fact, 88% of MANNA clients say MANNA meals have improved their ability to manage their health conditions.

Additional findings from our survey include:
- 73% of clients report that MANNA’s meal program has helped to improve their health
- 92% feel the meal program helps them eat healthier food
- 84% are satisfied by the taste of MANNA’s meals
- 86% are satisfied with the variety of meal options
- 79% are satisfied with the portion size of each meal
- 73% of clients feel MANNA provides enough meals matching their cultural and ethnic food preferences
- 83% of clients are confident that they will be able to eat a healthy diet after completing MANNA’s program
- Clients who receive nutrition counseling almost always rate it as “good” or “excellent.”
