Introducing Four New MANNA Board Members
MANNA is excited to introduce four newly appointed members of its Board of Directors: Paul Chryssikos of Lincoln Financial; Catherine M. Jackson, retired from Radian Group, Inc; Eric Pisauro of the Honickman Family Foundation; and Jessie Reich of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. They will serve on the board for two three-year terms.
“MANNA’s Board members bring diverse experience and passion to their support of our mission to provide medically tailored nutrition to those living with serious illnesses,” said MANNA CEO Sue Daugherty. “We’re thrilled to welcome these dedicated and enthusiastic supporters to the MANNA Board, where they will bring fresh ideas and broad knowledge to strengthen MANNA and our food as medicine mission.”
Paul Chryssikos is Senior Vice President, Chief Counsel, Distribution, Technology & Risk at Lincoln Financial, a Fortune 500 financial services company headquartered in Radnor, Pa. Paul is an experienced counselor and executive in the insurance, retirement solutions, and wealth management industries. He provides strategic advice to Lincoln’s senior management team on legal, regulatory and governance matters, as well as key business, technology, and risk initiatives. Earlier in his career, he practiced at large, international law firms and worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He holds leadership roles in a number of legal, retirement and securities industry organizations and is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Catherine M Jackson brings four decades of diverse experience in corporate finance in Philadelphia. Before her retirement, she excelled as Chief Accounting Officer for Radian Group, Inc. Additionally, she served on the Board of Governors for the Academy of Risk Management and Insurance at Saint Joseph’s University. She brings broad experience in auditing, risk management, investing, and presenting financial information to a broader audience and looks forward to applying those skills to help MANNA continue to grow sustainably.
Eric Pisauro, CFA, CPA, is the President of the Family Office of the Honickman Foundation. Eric has run single family offices for more than 18 years. He has extensive experience with private foundations and was treasurer of a mental health promoting public charity for 15 years. He worked at a hedge fund for nine years and also led teams administering alternative investment funds. He graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with honors and has been a CPA for over 30 years and a CFA charterholder for over a decade. He lives in Sewell, NJ with his wife and has three grown children.
Jessie Reich is the Director of Patient Experience and Magnet Programs at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) -Penn Medicine. In this role, she leverages her 20 years of nursing experience to bring a unique perspective to patient care. She led HUP to achieve its 4th Magnet designation, which is a hospital designation that recognizes optimal patient care and nursing practice. Additionally, she leads the nursing community engagement team at HUP. This team successfully developed an in-hospital food security program, which has demonstrated improved patient outcomes. Jessie lives in Philadelphia with her husband Chris, two children William and Demi, and their dog Cosmo.
